She has gained experience teaching Food and Nutrition and Home Management, as well as conducting vegetarian workshop classes. She has studied Hotel Catering and Institutional Management, Food Science Technology, Holistic Nutrition and other related courses. She has participated in healthy lifestyle seminars, fairs and exhibitions. She has prepared Vegan food products for sampling at promotional events. Augustina is an award winner in the Culinary Arts and has been a restaurateur for over twenty-two years.
